     "This doctor sets the standard for patient care. She has appointments available very quickly and even though her waiting room is always packed, the wait times are very reasonable. Even when I have had to wait, she took the time to really listen to me and to evaluate every complaint I had. Her staff is very professional and efficient. They always get your message to the doctor and call back with an answer right away. Dr. Kogan often calls back herself, even when it’s not urgent. She is the only doctor I know who does that unless you are really sick. I don’t know how she has the time with her busy practice, but she really handles patient care well and with a smile on her face."
